Please answer the following questions to register for The Studio, HBC events. We take the utmost care in making sure all of our guests are as safe and healthy as possible. Furthermore, we thoroughly clean the venue after every event to ensure safety.

When attending, your temperature will be taken at the door. Unfortunately, we will not admit anyone with a fever of more than 37.5 C, or anyone who does not answer the questions. Tables will be spaced out for everyone's enjoyment.

Guidelines/Indemnity for attending The Studio, HBC events:

Please note we are fully booked. If you registered after Friday morning, July 17, you may not be allowed to enter until we know that there are no-shows. Thank you. The Studio, HBC is excited to have you attend our event, and we cannot wait to see you here, at your home for music and artists! To help minimize any health risk, and for the safety and health of all our members, please follow the following guidelines:

1. Please wash your hands immediately upon arrival, preferably with soap, but at least with hand sanitizer.
2. Take your temperature upon arrival.
3. Even though the space is small, try to keep your distance from others. Tables are set out for all people/groups.
4. Please continue to keep your distance from others during the week, and especially try to refrain from being in "higher risk" scenarios.
5. We encourage the use of a mask when not eating or drinking.

By filling out this form, you agree to release The Studio, HBC, its volunteers, staff, and all associated with the the venue, and its owners/managers, located at 39-16 Yongsan-dong2ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, from any liability, in the very unlikely event that you become injured/ill.
