Given the vast and dramatic changes to curriculum delivery this term, it is important that you have a voice in guiding our institution as we navigate learning in the virtual classroom. Please take a moment to complete this survey. Your name and email are not tied to your responses. Decisions are being made without your input, and this will cause problems moving forward. Now is your chance to have a voice in creating the educational institution you need to be successful.

Data collection runs through the end of June 2020. At the end of data collection, all results will be made available in raw data form on our website for anyone to use. This data will serve as a record of the experience of our students during these unprecedented times.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, so you have the choice to participate or not. You also have a right to the results, which will be posted publicly on our website at the conclusion of our investigation. Again, no names or identifying information is being collected, so your responses are anonymous and confidential. We only intend to make this information public by posting it on our website (www.chieac.org) so schools can use it to guide policy decisions moving forward.
