June 3rd 21 Day Nutrition + Fitness Challenge!
Hey friend!

I'm so excited you want to learn more about Sweat Well Spent! This group will kick off on June 3rd, but prior to that I'll be leading you through a nutrition course so you feel 100% prepared and confident to start!

Before we get into the details, let me tell you a little bit more about my story!

When I was six months postpartum after having my 4th baby, I hit an all time low. The best word I can come up with to describe how I felt in that season of life was "frumpy." I found myself wearing baggy sweatshirts and yoga pants so that I didn't have to think about the muffin top that was still hanging around after pregnancy. I was sleep deprived constantly, and had raging hunger most days, so I ended up grabbing for the easiest options, which were WAY too many carbs!

I did my best to "eat healthy" or so I thought, but the truth is, I really didn't have much of a clue as to how to read labels, how to cook healthy meals for my family that everyone would enjoy, or how to even find TIME to prepare an easy healthy meal for myself amongst the craziness of my normal day to day routine with 4 kids under 4.

One day I saw a friend on social media talking about color coded portion control containers, and a workout program called the 21 Day Fix, and I decided to look into it. For the first time in my life, I was encouraged by a nutrition program because it didn't include counting calories or cutting out food groups. It was all about teaching me which food groups to eat from, and how many portions of each food group to eat in order for my body to operate optimally! PLUS, I could still enjoy some wine and pizza here and there!

In about 3 weeks I lost 7 pounds, had more energy than I EVER had since becoming a mom, and I felt myself start to crawl out of the pit I was in. I found myself grabbing for clothes in my closet that I hadn't even LOOKED at in over a year, and more than anything, it affected my self confidence from the inside out.

One thing that I loved about the portion control containers was how easy and simple it was, but one thing I always wished I had known more about, was the science behind WHY certain food groups were important!

Five years after the original launch of the portion fix containers, we just launched a BRAND NEW more extensive nutrition course / program called the Ultimate Portion Fix! This is a course that includes 30+ videos, recipes, tips and tricks, and a DEEP DIVE into the portion control containers.

Most of my clients go through their first 21 Day Challenge, and then keep going and do another one! I run these monthly and as a client of mine you can be in them whenever you'd like! The goal is help you to create a long term healthy lifestyle by breaking it up in manageable chunks!
