Our culinary classes are relaxed, fun and hands-on. They take place in our common room at our Eveleos Cooking Studio, with everyone working in a small group with an instructing qualified chef.

Take a culinary journey and discover the secrets and techniques of Cyprus's Traditional Cuisine.

Cypriot dishes such as Koupepia, Afelia are simple and delicious... while at the same time attention is paid to the fresh products delivered by farmers from the surrounding villages.

All recipes are given to each participant and can easily be prepared at home.

Needless to say, dishes will be accompanied by quality Cypriot wines.

Duration: 3 - 4 hours

Participants will receive the recipes by email after the class.
