Sign up for Health Clinics at the 2021 Border Terrier Club of America National Dog Show  Monday, June 7, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  

Pre-register for specific health tests here, ONE FORM PER DOG,  by  Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Pre-pay online by May 12, 2021 at  https://btcanational.wixsite.com/2021/health-clinics-pay-page (your completed dog registration will take you to this website for payment)

FOR ALL CLINICS – Walk-ins accepted only if space available and time allows.  Additional Charge of $10 applies to all walk-ins.

THEN You will need to click on the link to the payment page.  Your registration is complete ONLY after you have paid. The payment here does not include the OFA fee. If you are doing any other transactions for BTCA or the Specialty, please make sure you check out completely from PayPal  before purchasing other items on the specialty web site. )

Schedules will be posted on the Specialty site, FB page, and at the hotel.  You are responsible for getting your dog there in time. No Refunds if you are late.  Start time of the clinics will depend on pre-registration - between 9 and 10 am.

Dr Oxford will be sending a report to the owner by email with images for each echocardiogram as well a providing the ACA form at the clinic.  BTA member owned Border Terriers: $200, Border Terriers not owned by a BTCA Member: $300, All Other Breeds: $325.

Please go to www.ofa.org/pdf/plapp_bw.pdf to get your Patellar Luxation forms. For faster service please have them filled out for each dog you want checked. $15 - Border Terriers; $30 - Other Breeds

SLEM test kits
SLEM test kits:  order and pay on line at OFA  -- https://www.ofa.org/diseases/dna-tested-diseases
Bring the kits to the Specialty Health Clinics, we will make sure the dogs are microchipped, or scanned, and will assist with swabbing, and transfer to the FTA papers.  FTA papers have to dry completely prior to shipment.
