2024 Sculpture Fest Art Market Registration
The Delano Area Council for Arts and Culture is pleased to have you join our event!

SCULPTURE FEST
June 8th, 2024
10 am - 4 pm
Held in the Delano Sculpture Park along Highway 12

Live music, food trucks and guided/self guided sculpture tours all day!

VENDOR INFORMATION

BOOTH INFO
10'x10' Booth Space - $40

This is an outdoor event, held rain or shine. HOPEFULLY ONLY SHINE! Please plan for any type of weather. Booth spaces are on a grassy field. Tents are encouraged, but not required. Vendors must supply their own tent, table and chairs. Tents MUST be secured with 40lb weights on EACH leg.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is not available for this outdoor event.

MARKET SET UP
Set up begins at 8:00 am. All booths must be completely set up by 9:45 am Saturday morning. All vehicles must be moved from the Sculpture Park parking lot and from along Highway 12. There are near by streets and parking lots we will direct you to.

MARKET TEAR DOWN
Vendors may not start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the event at 4:00pm. At 4:00pm, please start breaking down your booth in its entirety PRIOR to moving your vehicle to the Sculpture Park.

SELLING AT THE MARKET
All vendors are responsible for collecting funds and reporting their own sales tax.

MAKE & TAKES
Do you have a hands on Make & Take to offer to attendees? We encourage offering one! Please include details below so that we can promote it! This can be free or for a small fee. If you have questions on the Make & Take, please email us at delanomnarts@gmail.com

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
As a participating vendor, you agree that the City of Delano, the Delano Area Council for Arts and Culture and any volunteers/staff shall not be held responsible for any liability, damage or theft to you or your property as a vendor. Each vendor agrees to follow any rules regarding the use of the Delano Sculpture Park.
