Over the next few weeks, an interview committee will work with the superintendent to recommend at least two candidates for principal of Northwest Elementary School. The recommendation will be presented to the Board of Education for their consideration.

We want your input in determining the qualities a successful candidate should possess to lead Northwest. Please help define the criteria by responding to the following six-question survey.

Please do not provide specific names of candidates. This survey will focus only on the attributes and characteristics of a principal for Northwest. Any responses with specific names or personally identifying information will be removed.
