1. Idea for project
Write your project (that could be an idea/initiative/use case/problem solving) in your own words.
2. What is your project goal
Describe the purpose of your project. What are your intentions? Which existing solution do you want to improve with it? Which opportunity do you want to take? What complicated problem do you want to solve?
3. Developments, problems and opportunities
What are major developments, challenges and opportunities for your project? For example: working in ecosystems; data-driven organizing; application of IoT, blockchain technology, smart contracts and AI;  the digital assembly line; digital transformation; powerfull tech companies, fakenews or cyber security?
4. Products and services
To which existing solutions (products, services en processes) does your project apply? Do these products, services and processes still need to be developed or are they already there? Examples: consultancy services, hardware, training, data.
5.Supply and demand
Who are the (potential) customers and suppliers of these instruments? How many customers and suppliers are there? Who supports customers and suppliers with their transactions? For example, banks, governments, accountants, etc.
6. Processes
Which processes do you want to start with? For example, offering, selecting and paying for training services, or taking into account the privacy law, use of patient data, application of triple entry accounting?
7. Resistand and help
What are the expected resistances to your project? Where does this resistance come from? Who will help and why? Who are the resistors & ambassadors of change?
8.Find the balance
How are you going to innovate? Innovation is often balancing. For example, many organizations mainly want to solve short-term problems, with which they only reinforce long-term problems. How do you find the balance between: short and long term; top down and bottom up; exploit and explore; central and decentral; old and new; doing good and doing well?
9. Participate
Who, you think, is  going to participate? What are your ideas or contacts for stakeholders (project members)? Do you already have names? What is the status of these contacts? What is your own knowledge of blockchain? Have you, for example, read books about it or attended events?
10. Financing
A first project can start from a few dayparts investment per month and if necessary  a couple of thousand euros from your part. You can also start a project with several parties via a consortium. How will you finance the project? What are your ideas or contacts for financing the (first) project? Are you thinking of contribution from market parties, sponsoring, crowdfunding, subsidy or do you see other possibilities?
