ONE FINAL QUESTIONS:  Working in an ice cream shop looks like fun from the outside, and it certainly can be!  Our guests are wonderful, our team members support one another, and the tips are great!  It's also a LOT of hard work.  Our guests expect us to know our products while offering quick service and friendly attitudes.  It gets busy and hot, there's a lot of pressure and you have to work NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.  You have to be willing to pick up trash, clean utensils, bathrooms, mop floors, etc.  Can you handle it?  Tell us why you think you will be an effective part of our team.  Just a few sentences to tell us why we should consider you as a potential team member. *
