1. You must be preregistered to reserve a
slot. The amount of slots are limited
and will go to the first preregistered RVs who also turn in their RV space
request form. You will not be confirmed a slot until your pre-registration is
verified.
NOTE: If you must cancel coming to the event,
please let us know so we can re-allocate the slot.
2. Spaces will be assigned based on your size
and width of your RV.
NOTE: If you have another RV camper you’d like to
camp next to, please let us know on the RV
space request form (not a guarantee but I will try to accommodate)
3. RVs- Let us know if you are willing to “stack” your RV with
another person to allow more RVs into the site. Understand
that if you are the inner RV you may not be able to leave until the outer
person leaves.
4. Vardos and popup campers WITHOUT generators can camp within tent
camping areas but must disconnect tow vehicle and move it to parking. If you
plan to use a generator you must camp in RV camping.
5. Generators: This year generators will have
quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. Do not leave
camp if your generator is running .
Unattended generators are a fire hazard.
6. Vehicle Camping: Last year we allowed
people to camp in their vehicles only if they had a pop up to hide their
vehicle facing the road. We are asking for this again this year. Vehicle
camping will not be allowed in tent
camping area but will be allowed in the same spot as last year and you will
need to reserve a slot. These slots are also limited. Running engines will not
be allowed once popup is in place.
7. All
RVs, Vardos, pop up Campers, and vehicle campers all must have a
fire extinguisher.
