2023 Scarsdale Music Festival Food Vendor Form

On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, the Scarsdale Business Alliance (SBA) will host its third annual Scarsdale Music Festival.  The event will take place rain or shine in Scarsdale Village.  In years past over 3000 attendees enjoyed a festive day full of live music, food, drinks, and family fun activities.  The 2023 Festival will feature a selection of food trucks as well as local restaurants with savory and sweet offerings.

Please note, in order to be considered, you MUST provide proof of a catering license or purchase a one day temporary food service establishment (TFSE) permit from the Department of Health (DOH).  In addition, you must comply with ALL applicable requirements of the Westchester County and New York State Sanitary Codes and agree to follow ALL requirements as stated in Health Requirements for Food Service Operations form TFSE- 1-97: https://health.westchestergov.com/images/stories/PDF/tfseapplication82021.pdf

The Scarsdale Music Festival is aligned with the Village of Scarsdale’s mission to achieve environmental sustainability at our town events.  The Festival will once again strive to be a “Zero-Waste Event” where as little trash is generated as possible.  In order to do this, we ask that all of our food vendors sell their food in compostable packaging (specific instructions / guidelines to be provided).  The town’s environmental committee will have special bins at the event where all of the compostable products and food scraps will be collected.  At the end of the event, all items in those bins will be sent to a composting facility and turned into compost.

FEE TO PARTICIPATE:

Food Trucks: $300

SBA Member Restaurants: $125

Please complete and return the food vendor application by January 3rd, 2023 to be considered.
