High Holidays Accessibility Survey
Thank you for taking this anonymous survey to help the High Holiday Planning Team try to improve everyone's experience during High Holidays. We are reaching out to our members to learn more about any accessibility challenges you may have had in Havurah spaces such as the Tiffany Center, Havurah Shalom, and Youtube/Zoom.

Instructions
Please answer the questions below that apply to you or to any member of your family who will not be filling out the form themselves. You can put responses about the needs of a group of people into one form submission. If the same answer applies to multiple questions, for your convenience, feel free to only leave the answer in one space; we will assume accommodations may apply to multiple spaces where it makes sense.

What are accommodations?
The word "accommodations" in the questions refers to something that would help you to comfortably access Havurah Shalom programming. It might mean an alteration or enhancement of the environment or the way programming is presented.

We want to hear from YOU
We take seriously the intersections of race, class, disability, sexual orientation, gender and sex, among the many other ways of being. Please feel comfortable to speak to any aspect of your experience of access and inclusion at Havurah Shalom. This survey is anonymous.

What We're Able to Do
We are eager to learn all the ways we may improve the High Holidays for everyone. At the same time, we know that we cannot do everything right away. We have constraints of budget, staff and volunteer capacity, and expertise. Therefore, we will prioritize requests and implement what is achievable this year, and then continue to improve in the coming years. Thank you for understanding that, with limited resources, we have to take a few steps at a time.

Thank you again,
The High Holiday Planning Team
