If your child attends Raglan Wrap Club on the same day as an after-school club, you do not need to pay the after-school club fee, you pay Wrap as normal. Let us know on this form.
If you no longer require a wrap place bacause of a club, please complete the section below. In this case you pay the club fee (£30). REMEMBER that clubs finish 2 weeks before the end of term.
