Student Council Honor Cord Application
Please fill out this application for consideration to receive an honor cord for Student Council. Mr. Hagel and Mrs. Hough will read over these applications for your consideration to receive an honor cord.

For consideration you must meet the following criteria:
• Student must be a senior in good standing with student council.
• Students must have at least 3 years of service on student council during high school.
• Seniors with less than 3 years of service on student council may receive an Honor Cord, if they
        demonstrated outstanding service.
• The advisors of the student council will do an evaluation for the senior with less than 3 years of service.
