Expression of Interest Form
This fully-funded 6 month learning journey, presented by KOTO and Lightpath Leadership, is a blend of an online group coaching process initiated and finished with 1:1 coaching session. It is designed for those who identify as a woman, who have:

- A minimum of 5 years working in the tourism or hospitality industry; 
- The support of a mentor/sponsor to assist ongoing learning and implementation of an action plan; 
- A desire to advance into more senior leadership roles; 
- A strong sense of community and desire to help others; and 
- Work with an organisation that will support attendance of the program during the working week.

This program is part of the Her Turn: Women's Economic Empowerment Program supported by the Australian Government.

A sponsor is someone, ideally a manager, that will assist ongoing learning and implementation of an action plan.

Participants should strive to choose someone who is present when key staffing decisions are made and has relationships with other influential executives. 

It is also important to choose someone that will be an active participant in the program, participating in a program information session and regular catchup meetings with you
