Participation fee: $20

Rules & Guidelines

• Each vendor will be responsible for all equipment and supplies for the setup of a booth, table, bags, signs, etc., and must operate his/her space in a safe and sanitary manner

• Each vendor will receive a 12’x12’ spot and be charged a $20 vendor fee

• Vendors may set up at their sites up to two hours before the market opens

• Vendors spots are all preassigned. You will be contact with a space assignment upon confirmation of receipt of your completed application and payment

• Vendors may provide free samples to customers as long as this is done in a safe and sanitary manner in compliance with Department of Health requirements

• Vendors must comply with all current applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations

• Each vendor shall remain on his/her own space when selling and sampling products and will remain in their space for the duration of the event

• Sales should be conducted in an orderly business manner. No shouting, hawking, or other objectionable means of soliciting shall be tolerated. Vendors shall exhibit courtesy and cooperation to customers and to other vendors selling at the market

• All literature and items displayed on a vendor’s table must relate to his/her product or market affairs

• After Unloading – Cars MUST BE MOVED/Parked in the lot. Vendors must stay for the duration of the event. No cars will be permitted on the lawn during the Event

• Illegal discrimination is not permitted at the market. Vendors are expected to be courteous and honest at all times. Disagreements with customers, fellow vendors, and the church must be handled in a respectful manner so as to not disrupt the Event

• Berachah Church will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged products, or any injury to you incurred during the Event

• Berachah Church, its employees and its volunteers will not be held liable for the actions of vendors or harm any vendor products may cause that are sold during the market. Each vendor assumes responsibility for his/her actions and products, and will carry the appropriate liability insurance

• Berachah Church will carry blanket insurance for the event, and requests that all vendors submit a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Berachah Church (400 Ashbourne Rd Cheltenham, PA 19012) as certificate holder.

• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it

• All fees are non-refundable and are considered a charitable donation
