Caregivers in Community: Respite for those who care for loved ones

Caring for loved ones through childhood, illness, disability, elderhood, and death is the unseen labor that holds our community together. We will claim 60-minutes for ourselves and our collective wellbeing, where there will be time to share experiences, rest quietly, and be in community.

Our time together will begin promptly at 7p. You may bring a mat and blanket for rest, though materials will also be available at Studio 34.

This event is FREE and facilitated by Erica Blanch (erica.blanch.doula@gmail.com), a West Philly resident and full-spectrum doula. Registration is suggested but not required.

Note that Studio 34 is: up one flight of stairs, mask-optional, and a sober space.
