Eye & Heart vets (only) will be providing non-medical appointments for puppies and adult dogs for the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) certification. You can schedule a non-medical service with either or both vets. Submitting the results to OFA is your choice.
Both veterinarians will provide the paperwork for the services and it will be available prior to your services. Once a service is completed, each veterinarian will give the form to whomever brings the dog(s) to the health clinics. (3) Confirmation email sent the week of January 9, 2023 for the services you requested or that you are on the paid waitlist. Refunds will be provided if we are unable to schedule your services.
- We will do our best to affirm your preferred day and window of time and appreciate your understanding as this may not always be possible.
- Please save the dates and windows of time on your calendar.
- A confirmation email with the date and time window will be sent the week of January 9th. This will allow all exhibitor, breeders, and owners to notify us when ring times are released to improve the veterinarians' schedules each day.
