The Problem: The concept of diversity and inclusivity can feel vague and intangible. Individuals can feel helpless about one’s individual impact or uncertain about what action one can take to make a difference.

The Solution: To create a repository of action-oriented resources that would speak to individuals of varying roles within academic institutions, to help answer the question: “What can I do as a __________ (graduate student / postdoc / faculty member / hiring committee / etc)?”
