Summer 2024 New Student Orientation Fee Waiver Request
The following form must be submitted in order to have your orientation program fees ($227 for 2-Day Orientation Program, $150 for 1-Day Orientation Program, $95 for Online Orientation Program, and $85 for each family member who is 18 years and older) considered for waiving. By filling out this waiver, you are granting our office permission to verify the validity of the information submitted below, including if a fee waiver was granted for your Coalition Application.
