St. Mark's 2022/2023 Registration

This form is used to indicate your intention to enroll your child at St. Mark's Nursery School and Kindergarten. We ask that you indicate your requested age group and schedule. We will use the information provided by you to best place your child in one of our classrooms. When a spot is available, you will be notified of your child's placement. A separate registration is needed for each child.

Please note that the registration process will not be complete until you have turned in this form AND we have received the non-refundable $110 annual registration fee. Annual registration fees are collected each year to cover staffing costs necessary to complete enrollment as well as material costs throughout the year.

You may pay through Famly (our school wide app used for billing and communication purposes), send us a check made out to St. Mark's Nursery School and Kindergarten to 100 N SR 46, Bloomington, IN, 47408, or drop off a check or cash in the black mail box located at the end of the walk at Door 1/Main Entrance.

If St. Mark's NS&K does not have a space in 2022/23, my child will be placed on the wait list. The registration fee paid will carry over to the 2023/2024 school year. If a space opens up during the year and you do not wish to enroll at that time, the registration fee will not apply to the following year.
