Decentralized experiences: Queer, trans and 2S moving-image practices in rural settings

Decentralized experiences: Queer, trans and 2S moving-image practices in rural settings is a zoom panel discussion with filmmaker Kennlin Barlow and multidisciplinary artist Gil Goletski hosted by B.G-Osborne as part of the 2021 TQFF Symposium supported by CFMDC.

The speakers will be discussing experiences creating moving-image work in more rural settings, working alone versus collaboratively, and how their environments continue to shape their identities and practices. We invite you to participate in the discussion by submitting your questions for the panelists below, and they will do their best to answer them. The discussion will be streamed on TQFF website during the symposium weekend April 23-25. For more information, visit our website: https://tqff.ca/symposium/QA
