We aim to assemble a group united by common values and distinct in their varying life wisdom and lived differences. As part of this, we wish to know more about the various facets of your identity. The Alchemical Leadership experience is a shared space where diverse colleagues can support one another while pursuing embodied power that serves the whole. That often looks like taking responsibility for your own privilege, vectors of identity and oppression, personal shadows, and using that awareness to stand for yourself and each other.
