Dogwood Luncheon Vendor 

   DOGWOOD LUNCHEON EVENT SPONSORS ($175)

In gratitude for your support, all event sponsors will receive:

●     Business or Organization name printed on 3’x5’ placard featured in prominent entrances to the event

●     Business or Organization name featured on all Guild social media

●     Business or Organization name featured in all event-related publicity, including post-event publicity

 VENDORS ($125)

●     You will have from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to interact with guests except for 15-20 minutes while we present the Woman of the Year and Scholarship recipients.

●     Lunch will not be provided, but a Dogwood Luncheon meal can be purchased for $30 in advance (No later than April 16).

●     8-foot tables will be provided for your displays in the banquet hall anteroom.

●     White or gray table linens will be provided for your table.

●     Set up for your display will be the morning of the Luncheon from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

●     You will be responsible for removing your display following the luncheon at 1:00 p.m.

●     Social Media “thank you” post + Signal Mirror mention

   TABLE & DECOR SPONSORS ($75)

●     For businesses, organizations, or individuals wishing to support our fundraiser but prefer the Guild to provide the centerpiece or decor for a table. Your business cards will be incorporated into the table’s centerpiece and event decor design + Social Media “thank you” post.

  TABLE DECORATIONS ($50)

●     Round tables will be provided that seat 8 people.

●     Each table will be provided with a gray round tablecloth, white china, and white napkins…

●     Centerpieces: Please provide your own centerpiece and incorporate it into your design.

●     Dimensions – no taller than 12 inches, base no wider than 18 inches

●     No items may be hung from the ceiling. We kindly request no balloons.

●     Favors for your guests are optional.

●     Set up for your decor will be the morning of the Luncheon from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

●     You will be responsible for removing your decor following the luncheon at 1:00 p.m.

●     Social Media “thank you” post
