2024 Art in the City Artist Participation Form
SAVE THE DATE - Art in the City is happening on AUGUST 3rd!

Are you a visual or performing artist? Do you want to perform, showcase a live demo, lead an interactive activity, display your art, teach a class or beginner lesson, participate in the Juried Art Show or Experiential Art Grant Program?? Then we'd love your help in making the 2024 Art in the City the best one yet!

Please fill out the participation form below by May 13th if you are interested in being a part of the event on August 3, or our First Friday "Preview Night" happening on August 2.

As part of Art in the City, we pay our selected artists a modest stipend for participation.

***PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM BY MAY 13th! in order to be reviewed for selection process.

Once you have submitted your form, all submissions will be reviewed and we will contact those that have been selected to participate after the due date. Those selected will receive their time and location prior to the event. If selected, we do ask for your patience in scheduling as we have to program over 300 artists.

Are there any specific needs you would like us to consider for your performance or demo? i.e. access to electricity, grassy area, Marley Floor, working with a medium that must be indoors, etc.
If you are a performer/musician/dance group, are you able to bring any necessary equipment? i.e. microphone, speaker (wired or battery powered), extension cord, mp3 player, audio cable, etc. ***Please note: We do not provide equipment if you are roving unless otherwise noted after selection.
