Name It Whatever [H] Mal'Ganis-US
Hello, and thanks for considering us as a possibility for your new home.
Please read the following before continuing:

- Nearly all of our current roster comes from players that have formerly raided with me over the years, or are recommended from those players, so I want to take the time to ensure that your goals and expectations align with ours. We do not rotate through players, so if you are accepted as a trial, we genuinely want you to succeed and think you have a good chance at passing.

- Trials here are not second class citizens and should expect to experience similar playtime to their current progression as any other member given they prove their merit immediately.  By the second raid week, trials can expect to experience one or two new encounters beyond their progression until they catch up with the rest of the raid. That also means that we expect the same level of preparedness and team-oriented mindset from the start.

- All players should be aware of resources available in order to prepare themselves for success (Warcraft Logs, Raidbots, class Discord channels, Twitch streams, Youtube guides, etc.). Try to come to raid with optimized gear, consumables, talents, as well as an understanding for all encounters that may be relevant to that raid night.

- Always look for improvement, but never value personal success over the rest of the raid.  I will always value mechanical awareness over raw throughput, however, both have their place as sometimes the best way to avoid more mechanics is to do more X.

- Attendance is -extremely- important and a 90-95% rate is expected (which means missing no more than 1 raid per month on average).  One of our goals is to maintain as small of a roster as possible while having flexibility with comps, yet keeping bench time to a minimum. Being unreliable is a surefire way to fail a trial as I put many hours into raid prep in order to set up comps for loot, encounter assignments, raid cooldowns, and more days prior to raid, and a last minute post out negates all of that effort for the entire raid week. Obviously, emergencies happen, but aside from those, please aim for at least 24-48 hour notices, but the sooner the better, even if only tentative.

If we have an opening and are interested/able to trial you at this time, expect to be contacted within 24 hours.
