Table Service: Explore the jobs of waiters, waitresses, and busboys/girls with this hands-on module.
Retail/Stock Assistant (Basic): Students explore the everyday operations of a retail business. Students will explore everything from ordering product and pricing to customer service and handling complaints.
Mail Handling (Adapted): Students will gain knowledge of how to sort, stamp, wrap, address, and process mail for a variety of purposes.
Retailing (Adapted): Students will get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes at a retail business. Price merchandise, stock shelves, handle cash, and practice customer service.
General Office Assistant: Students learn about many of the general office duties typically encountered in an business setting.
Food Service (Adapted): Students will come to understand how germs spread, how to prepare attractive meals, how to fill orders, and how to use food groups to plan school lunches.
Medical Records (Advanced): Students will learn about medical histories, health insurance, health information privacy, and general office procedures.
Graphic Artist (Intermediate): Students will explore basic activities of graphic or commercial art. Students will explore the scope of creative work that graphic artists do.
Green House Work (Adapted): Students will learn about greenhouse activities. Test seeds for germination, grow plants, mix soil and build a small greenhouse.
Law Enforcement (Advanced): Students will learn about law enforcement by exploring finger printing, casting, studying forged documents, and following accident and criminal investigation procedures.
Skin & Nail Care (Intermediate): Students will explore activities performed by cosmetologists, barbers, theatrical makeup workers and manicurists.
Grocery Clerking (Adapted): Students will receive a good introduction to working in a grocery store. Hands on experience with sorting food, bagging, marking prices, and stocking.

Cleaning and Maintenance (Adapted): This module emphasizes the importance of cleaning and maintaining large buildings such as schools and hospitals. Students will learn the techniques of and responsibilities of workers in this career area.
Cleaning and Maintenance (Non-Adapted)
Child Care (Adapted): Students will learn techniques on properly holding, lifting and carrying an infant; how to diaper, bathe, dress and feed an infant.
Lawn Care: Youth will learn about lawn mower safety and landscape power tools, as well as learn how to service/repair a small engine.
Mechanics, Installers & Repairs: This module offers a guided exploration of jobs in areas such as heating/cooling repair, carpet installation, wall coverings, and mechanical repair.
