We are delighted to offer the SAINTS Before & After School Club at St. Mary's School, providing convenient care with reasonable rates. Please review our club guidelines carefully:
SAINTS Before School Club:
Operates Monday to Friday, 7:30-8:30 am (excluding school holidays and professional days).
SAINTS After School Club:
Operates Monday to Friday, 3:00-6:00 pm (excluding school holidays and professional days).
Our club offers dedicated homework support in literacy and math, alongside enriching activities such as physical education and art. Structured sessions blend learning with ample playtime, featuring access to computers, games, books, and more. Children should bring a nutritious snack from home.
Health and Safety Measures:
We prioritize student well-being, requiring sick children to stay home and prohibiting snack sharing.
Club Location/Drop Off & Pick Up:
- Before School Club: Grade 2, enter via the side door (left of main entrance). Our morning team will greet you.
- After School Club: Kindergarten classroom near the gym, use the gym door intercom. Parents wait in the gym foyer while staff assist the children.
2024 Rates:
- Before School Club: $15.00/day
- After School Club: $20.00/day
- Before & After School Club (same day): $30.00
- Discounts available for multiple children. More than one child: $5 less per day for the second or third child
Payment Policy:
E-transfers to mburns@stmary.bc.ca preferred. Include: Child's Name and Before and/or After School Club. Cash or cheque payable to St. Mary's School also accepted.
We recommend monthly pre-payment and provide tax receipts in February. For flexible schedules, prefer e-transfers or end-of-month cheque payments.
Staff & Safety:
Our staff are trained in first aid and EpiPen administration, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
Attendance Policy:
- Children released only to authorized adults.
- Notify for early release; note departure on sign-out sheet.
- Changes require three days' notice. Late collections incur charges.
