Transfer Orientation Housing

**Housing is available the Thursday night prior to your registered Transfer Orientation Session and the Friday of your Transfer Orientation Session (2 night maximum stay at Wolf Village).

Housing Location: Wolf Village Apartments

By submitting this form, you are indicating a request for a guest room at NC State University's Wolf Village Apartments. There is no guarantee that a room will be available on the date(s) you desire. If space is available for that time, you will be sent an email with a link to pay online. Only after payment will your reservation be secured.

Requests must be received no later than 5 days prior to your orientation session.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and must be filled out before the form can be submitted.

Rates are $47.50 (Per Person rate includes Deluxe Linen package) per night, billed nightly based on check-in and departure date.  Payment is due 5 business days prior to arrival.  

Accommodations are reserved at Wolf Village - NC State's apartment community on our main campus.  Apartments feature 4 private (single) bedrooms, each with a full size bed, as well as 2 shared baths, a kitchen, living room, and in-apartment laundry.  Apartments are fully furnished, but personal items (dishware, tvs, etc.) are not included.  All utilities (including wifi internet) are included.

Reservations are per person, with max occupancy of 1 person per room.  You will have the opportunity to select the number of bedrooms you require, along with the total number of guests in your party.  Please note that individuals or families requesting 2 or fewer bedrooms may share an apartment with another participant in the Transfer Orientation program.  A maximum of 2 families will share an apartment.

Eligibility:
Guests must be part of the Transfer Orientation Housing group.

Payment:
Prepayment is required for all reservations. Payment instructions will be included in your confirmation email. No payments will be accepted on site.  

Parking:
A parking permit is required for all vehicles parked on campus Monday – Friday, 7 am-5 pm.   You will receive parking permit information from New Student Program Office as it ties directly to your Transfer Orientation registration.

Amenities:
Internet Access: Access to guest NC State Wifi Network included.

Linens: Sheets, pillow, blanket or comforter, towel and washcloth are provided for each guest.

Laundry: Complimentary laundry is available in each apartment.  Guests must provide their own high-efficiency liquid detergent or equivalent laundry pods.

Service Desk: Staffed Service Desk from 6am to midnight, daily. Information will be posted regarding how to contact a staff member if the desk is closed.

Cancellations and Refunds:
We require that all cancellations and reservation modifications be submitted in writing and received by Conference and Guest Services (guestservices@ncsu.edu) at least 72-hours before the anticipated date of arrival. Refunds will be issued for proper cancellations.
