With the ongoing pandemic due to COVID-19, the MYL Foundation is actively working with the host college to adequately plan a leadership and citizenship conference where all students, families, and staff members can feel safe and supported. With the Board’s discretion and support, the Conference Director and Conference Planning Committee will plan for an in-person conference to be held from Friday, June 3, 2022 to Sunday, June 5, 2022, adhering to local, county, state, and federal safety guidelines and protocols. If there is a need to transition to a virtual conference, the Conference Director and Conference Planning Committee will continue to support programming and recruitment efforts and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, with the understanding that necessary staffing changes may occur to fit the needs of a virtual conference.
