If you are interested in being added to our wait-list for the MedTech Training class, please complete the following form and we will add your name to our list of interested students. Please note, this is not a registration/application form to get into the class. This only a waiting list form.

ONLY CNA's currently employed in a RI DOH State Licensed Nursing Home / Assisted Living /Adult Day Care or RI DOH Rehab Facility are eligible for this training program.

Please DO NOT CONTINUE with this form IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED THROUGH STAFFING AGENCIES OR A HOSPITAL OR HOME DAYCARE.

Once we have finalized class dates we will contact you via email and/or phone with training registration information. Please note this class runs for 15 weeks, meeting online one day a week from for 3 hours at a time.

*You must have a working computer (not an iPad or cellphone) to participate in this class.*
