Iron Kids 2024 Summer Camp Registration - Cedar City
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM

Participant Ages: The program is open to Kindergarten, children who turned 5 before January 1, 2024, through 7th grade children, measured by the grade they will be in the fall. Children must be fully potty trained to participate in the program.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $25 per child
Tuition: $145 per week per child
Please note that tuition for week 1 is $116 and week 6 is $87 because of Memorial Day and Independence Day.

Extended Day Option: This summer there is an extended day option available that is early at 8:30am drop-off and/or late at 5:30pm pick-up. Each extension is an additional $5 per day. For example, if you just need early drop-off OR late-pick-up it is an additional $25 per week per child, if you need both early drop-off and late pick-up it is an additional $50 per week per child.

THERE ARE NO FREE OR REDUCED TUITION OPTIONS THIS YEAR.

Week Selection: You may choose the weeks you would like your child to attend. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF EACH WEEK THAT YOUR CHILD IS SIGNED UP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ATTEND OR NOT.

Available Assistance: 
1. State childcare assistance through Department of Workforce Services.
Please begin your DWS application now if you plan to use it for payment so your child is able to attend at the start of the program.
2. SUU assistance through the Non-Traditional Student Center

Tuition Payment Options: Weekly tuition is due on or before Monday of each week.
Payment may be made by: Debit/credit through our WEBSITE or Venmo (@ironkidsafterschool) if you pay through Venmo, please include your child's first and last name, the program name (Cedar) and the week you are paying for.

Early drop-off and late pick-up enrollment options. These options are intended for those who anticipate needing early drop-offs or late pick-ups on a regular basis.

You understand that unless your child is enrolled in the Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up Program, you will be subject to the following charges:
- A fee of $1 per minute for each child dropped off before 9:00 AM*
- A fee of $1 per minute for each child picked up past 5:05 PM*
*If you are enrolled in the Early Drop-Off/Late Pick-Up program the same late fees apply to drop-offs before 8:30am and pick-ups after 5:35pm

You understand that all program staff are CPR/First Aid certified and you give program staff authority to act in your child's best interest, should any medical care become necessary. *
You give consent for Iron Kids to use photos and/or videos of your child on their social media and marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, & www.ironkids.org) we will never include names of any children.
