These items will be sold by the host group & selected vendors only.
Failure to comply will result in your removal of the event.
- Information booths / Display booths / Meet & greet booths is allotted a 10x10 empty space.
Stakes are not allowed, please use sand bags and weights to secure your canopy.
- Electricity will NOT be available, you may bring a generator if needed
- Outdoors Event. Must supply your own tent, tables, and chairs
- Set up is between 8:30am and 11:30am. Vehicles will be allowed to enter the festival grounds at 8:30am.
- All vehicles must be removed from festival area no later than 11:30am. Vendors must be ready for the public by 12:00pm.
- Break down begins at 8:00pm. Vehicles May enter at 8:30pm
- Vehicles will not be allowed on festival grounds between 11:30am - 8:30pm
- Late vendors will not be allowed to enter the festival grounds and will forfeit their vendor fee.
- Vendors must keep and clean designated area during the event.
- In case of inclement weather, vendors may leave without a refund. (any damages due to weather are solely the vendors responsibility)
- All vendors must have the necessary documents to sell/serve publicly
- The CenTex Asian Pacific Festival committee, staff and volunteers reserve the right to remove any vendors who may act inappropriately; cause a disturbance, or not abiding by the rules of the event; including anyone associated
- If payment is not received by April 28, 2023, application will be voided. All vendor fees are nonrefundable
- I understand that the CenTex Asian Pacific Festival committee, Promoters, staff, volunteers and the City of Killeen is not responsible for the safety of the Vendors, property, employees, visitors, or customers; injury, theft, missing, or damaged items are solely the Vendors responsibility. By selecting agree i hereby release and forever discharge the CenTex A.P.F committee, sponsors, promoters, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damage of any type, cause of action, costs, attorney fees, and interest which now exists or hereafter, arising out of or related to acts or omissions of myself or the CenTex A.P.F during my participation as a vendor. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event.
