Paraparaumu Kindy Photos
Kia ora!  I spent a few mornings at the lovely Paraparaumu kindy, capturing the kids in their element!  I now have a lot of photos to sort through, and need you to fill in this form so I can move to the next steps.

For parents that complete this form, we will make an online gallery available after we have sorted and edited the photos.  This will come through to your email address.  From there you'll be able to view and purchase photos of your little cherub, if you want to preserve memories of their kindy days.

We hope to have this completed within a couple of weeks.

If you are happy to give permission, we very much appreciate the opportunity to be able to share photographs that we create.
I hereby give to Black Sand Studio the right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me and my dependents, made through any and all media known for illustration, art, competitions, promotion or advertising. I relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used. I understand that this will only apply to photographs shown during my purchasing appointment, and that I may complete a written agreement during said appointment to request for specified photos to remain private.
Photographs with more than one child in them
As part of the nature of kindergartens, some of the photographs made included more than one child in them.  

Often these photos will include friends of your child that they often play with, but not always.

If you tick this box, you are giving permission for photographs that include your child to be made available for purchase by other parents, when a photo has your child and their child in it.  

If you do NOT consent, photographs of your child and others will not be made available for anyone, including you.

You will be able to purchase photographs that feature your child alone.  

Note that this box is only referring to candid photos of children playing at kindergarten – the group photo will be available for purchase for all parents, in printed form only.  
I give permission for photographs that include my child to be made available to other parents for purchase in print or digital format.
