Uniform Order Form

Suggested uniform list: 3 polos (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 1 t-shirt (Friday), cardigan (Wednesday), tie for boys (Wednesday). High School girls must have a plaid skirt (Wednesday).

NOTES:

*** 5th-12th grade: PE uniforms are required

*** 8th-12th grade: Only these grades may wear light blue polos, plaid skirts, gray skirts, plaid ties.
