The community based habit challenge starts Jan 15th and completes Feb 5th. Throughout the challenge you will have 5 points each day.
1. Protein: .75-1.0 x your current body weight
2. Sleep: at least 7 hours
3. Water: at least 64 ounces
4. Movement: at least 30 min of physical activity
5. Habit point: pick something else you would like to do- breath work, stretching, reading, etc
Points will be logged in SugarWOD with weekly leaderboards to keep you accountable and motivated.
The buy-in for this challenge is $49. Individual nutrition assessments are also available if you reach out to Dana directly (dana@reachathletics.com).
This challenge is open to ANYONE. You do not need to be a Reach member to take part. This is an opportunity for you to take control of your health and habits. The more participants we have the greater the collaborative energy so invite your friends and let's get after it!
