Class Information & Requirements: Participants must live in Hoonah or Kake and have access to a smart device with a built in GPS (recent smartphone or tablet). For the field portion of the course, it will also be helpful to have access to a vehicle or a ride out the road for the field activity. This event will meet at 10 am in Hoonah and Kake for a socially-distanced class (locations to be announced). This event will cover how to use your phone as a hunting tool by utilizing maps and other technology applications. After instruction, this event includes field work until around 3 pm. Participants that successfully complete the class will receive a $50 stipend.
