Dr. Karen Kafadar, 2019 President of the American Statistical Association (ASA), has identified as one of her signature initiatives enhancing diversity and breadth of our profession.  The aims of the Initiative are to identify further mechanisms to support current ASA efforts at the local, regional, and national levels; and to develop a plan to establish cooperation with other organizations to sustain initiatives that will enhance diversity in our profession.
