This form is to be used to cast your vote for any or all of the San Diego ISACA Chapter 2021 Board of Directors (BoD) Officer positions open for election:

VOTER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- All ISACA members in Good Standing as of 5 November 2021 are eligible to vote. Good Standing requires that the ISACA member must have paid his or her dues in full and must not be a suspended member. Each ISACA Member in Good Standing is entitled to one vote.

- All ballots must be received ON OR BEFORE November 30th, 2021 in order to be counted.

PRESIDENT
Dave Tuckman - Director of Engineering at SSO (Secure Smart Office). With almost 30 years experience in IT, Cybersecurity and Secure-IT, Dave oversees all security and secure managed IT services delivered to 250+ clients. Prior to SSO, Dave was founder and owner of Golden State Web Solutions, Inc (GSWS) for 25 years, providing small businesses and organizations with Security/Compliance, Managed IT, Hosting and Web Development services. Dave’s certifications include C|CISO, CISM, C|EH, CDPSE, Security+, CSX-F, HIPAA Certified Professional, and multiple vendor certifications from Microsoft, ESET, Invicti (Acunetix, Netsparker) and others. He has additional experience in sales, operations,  business development and entrepreneurship through 2 companies he previously founded, built, and sold.

VICE PRESIDENT
Rich Gann - works for PwC as an Advisory Cyber Risk Professional based in San Diego. He has over 25 years experience as an information security practitioner delivering on commercial and federal engagements. A majority of his experience in the DoD/federal space focused on NIST based assessments. His experience has also focused on IT testing, vendor management, configuration management, assessments, physical and environmental controls, and assisting external agencies develop contract bids and solicitations. Mr. Gann’s consulting experience also includes risk avoidance, third party, mitigation, and design and development. Also, he teaches for a few local colleges focusing on cyber security, compliance, and IT systems. His certifications include CISA, CISM, CISSP, C|EH, CCNA, is CNSS Certified and is a Navy and Marine Corp Validator. He is working on his PhD in Organization Psychology, has an MBA, an MA in Management and a BS in IT.

TREASURER
Tim Smith is an Associate Director for Audit Data and Analytics with KPMG International, designing the audit of the future for KPMG member firms worldwide. He has 20 years of financial and IT audit and security experience. Tim is a CPA (California), a CISA, and a CISSP.

SECRETARY
Aparna Seksaria is currently working as an Industry Solutions Manager, Life Sciences at SAP. She has over 15 years of experience working for big four consulting firms in designing and executing projects in ERP and cloud service applications. With extensive experience in life sciences and health care sectors, she is an expert leader in digital transformation and process automation initiatives. Aparna is a CISA and PMP.

Board of Directors Elected Positions
All BoD roles and responsibilities are included in the Chapter Bylaws: https://isaca-sd.org/chapter-bylaws

The Chapter President shall:

    - Preside at meetings of the Chapter and the Chapter Board;
    - Appoint all committee chairpersons and members;
    - Be an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee;
    - Represent the Chapter at Leadership Conferences, and other conferences and functions, where appropriate or appoint    
      another Chapter Board member as a representative;
    - Present an annual report to members at the annual general meeting, such report to consist of reports from various    
      Chapter Officers and committees;
    - Maintain communications with the Association and respond to Association enquiries;
    - Be responsible for submission of the required annual chapter reports to the Association within 30 days after the annual
      general meeting;
    - Supervise budgetary matters and proper internal control of finances; and,
    - Perform other duties as pertain to the office of President, or which may be delegated by the Chapter Board.

The Chapter Vice President shall:

    - Preside at meetings of the Chapter and the Chapter Board, in the absence of the President;
    - Perform the duties of the President in the event of his/her absence or disability; and,
    - Perform other duties as pertain to this office.

The Chapter Secretary shall:

    - Take minutes of the meetings of the Chapter Board, membership meetings, and annual general meeting, and maintain
       a copy of the records;
    - Maintain accurate attendance records;
    - Be responsible for the legal affairs, Chapter records, and correspondence pertaining to the Chapter;
    - Assist the President in the administration of Chapter membership meetings; and,
    - Perform other duties as pertain to this office.

The Chapter Treasurer shall:

    - Be custodian of Chapter funds;
    - Receive and disburse such funds of the Chapter as shall be required in the conduct of its affairs and the carrying on of
      its activities or as directed by the Chapter Board;
    - Remit dues to the Association as required;
    - Submit a written report on the Chapter’s finances as requested by the Board, but at a minimum of once per year;
    - In concert with the President, authorize expenditures from, or transfers of funds from/to, the Chapter US dollar credit
      account held at the Association;
    - Submit annual financial statements for presentation to the membership at the annual general meeting;
    - Submit books and records for audit when required;
    - File any and all tax forms required; and,
    - Perform other duties as pertain to this office.
