Parents and caretakers, please fill out this form if you wish to set up a parent/caretaker teacher conference or wish to have a conference with the school counselor, Ms. Jaros. Typically, our conferences occur in a team approach meaning that all teachers participate to offer a perspective highlighting your child in all aspects of their day.

Meetings can happen in person, over the phone, or remotely by Google Meet.

Please understand that we can only schedule meetings and discuss confidential academic information with parents and legal guardians/caretakers.
