The NeurIPS 2022 Robot Learning Workshop is happy to announce additional funding from sponsors that will allow us to provide financial support for authors to participate. We especially encourage attendees who identify with an underrepresented minority at NeurIPS (including but not limited to women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, underrepresented minorities, and people with disabilities) or indeed need financial support (including but not limited to lower income backgrounds and institutions that do not cover the registration fee) to apply.
This funding will mostly be for virtual attendance for the workshop ($50 for students and $200-275 for others), but we leave room at the end of this form to request funding for the full in-person conference registration depending on the final availability of funds (https://nips.cc/Conferences/2022/Pricing).
Deadline for this application:
October 25th 2022. We will prioritize support for authors of contributed papers of the Robot Learning workshop (http://www.robot-learning.ml/2022/). You will hear back from us by November 1st 2022 whether we will be able to support your attendance fully/virtually.
If you have any questions, please email
neuripswrl2022@robot-learning.ml.
This would not be possible without the support of the workshop's sponsors: DeepMind, Google, NAVER LABS Europe, NVIDIA, and Scale AI.
Note: The email you provide here must match with the email you use to create the NeurIPS account (If you do not have a NeurIPS account, you can create one:

. If the email address does not match your NeurIPS account, we will not be able to reimburse you the registration fee. Typically, it is your institutional email address. NeurIPS will use this email to waive your registration fee.
