A separate form must be submitted for each team.

Please NOTE that each team will be required to provide a list of helms and crews for the Team Racing event at the briefing on the day of the competition. A signature from the consenting adult confirming that the sailor may participate will be required in the case of all sailors under 18 yrs of age and these will also need to be provided at the briefing on the day of the competition. (We suggest that each team collects these consents ahead of the 7th August and brings them to the Club with other necessary documentation, as below.)
