Thank you for your interest in being a shift manager at Illuminati! As a shift manager, you will be required to work 2 shifts per week (4 hours total). Shift managers are responsible for taking check ins, finding covers, and making sure things are running smoothly during their shift, such as, the DJ stream is playing and hosts are active. This is a paid position and will be paid weekly, as well as, tips during your shift. We really pride ourselves in being professional but also having FUN. Our club is meant for people to come together and do just that, have fun and PARTY!!! That being said, if there is ANY hint of drama connected to you (such as from an SL family member) you will be terminated. Depending on the situation, if said drama continues then yourself and the connecting members will be banned. Our club is ADULT, therefore we will not hire anyone that comes into our club with a baby, child, or teen avatar (of any species). It is required to have stable internet. You must be able to speak and understand basic English. Our Club is English based. You must have and use Discord. As a host, it is necessary for you to listen to the DJ's stream. Please, understand that Illuminati Club will take 10% of all tips that go towards keeping the club in business. If you do not respond after being contacted multiple times for an interview then your application will be DELETED. You will need to re-apply if this happens. *
