2024 Mother's Day Spring Expo Vendor Application
The vendor application may be more user-friendly on a computer. For long question answers, we recommend pre-writing them in your Note
s App, Word, or Google Docs and then copying and pasting them into your vendor application in the rare chance your application times out and you have to start over.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive a copy of your application via email. Please refer to your application to review the expo's operations, rules & regulations.

BASIC SHOW INFORMATION 

Set Up Time: Friday May 10th 8:00 am – 12:00pm (Must Be Set Up Before Show Start Time. No load in through side doors after 11:30 am)

Show Times: Friday 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm & Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm 

Take Down Time: After the show Saturday 6:00-8:30 pm – NO EARLY TAKEDOWNS

This is an Indoor Event – It will be Located inside the Tennis Building (Food Trucks Outside)


Venue/Booth Map
Booth Spaces are Floor Space Only - No Pipe & Drape - Vendors are welcome to bring canopies that fit within the space they have chosen. (A 10X10 canopy will not fit into an 8X10 space). Vendors can decorate their booths in any way they choose, as long as they are Safe and Respectful to others. Please maintain the sides of your booth at 3’-4’ high only from the front of your booth at least 3’ back. At that point, height can be increased to desire. We ask this to ensure that shoppers can see all of the vendors easily as they walk down the aisles. Please be safe and respectful.
