On Friday, November 12, 2022, FTX.com, FTX.us and Alameda filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, leaving hundreds of thousands of users without access to their funds! For this reason we decided to open this list so that the authorities consider the return of the funds for each of the registered people.

In this Google Form, we intend to bring together users affected by the bankruptcy of the crypto exchange FTX. The goal is to send this list directly to the court that will be handling the bankruptcy proceedings for FTX, as well as send this list to Interpol, Europol, SEC and other financial crime institutions...

Whether FTX will recover and voluntarily return funds to users, we don't know and it's not certain... so we must have another option ready that will give us a unique opportunity to get our money back!

Our desire, is to hire a law firm specialized in cryptocurrency and forex  exchanges in the USA.. After a certain number of affected people are registered on the list, we expect that the Law Firm will present it to the court where the FTX bankruptcy case will be heard.

INFORMATIVE REFERENCE so that you understand if it is worth signing up for this LIST

On August 2 of 2022, the CEO and 69 people involved in the THODEX scam were arrested in Albania! And now they only have two options.

1. Return full funds/tokens to each and every user + compensation for damage and time elapsed.

2. Forty thousand years in prison and the confiscation of all his assets.

The arrests were only possible because the majority of the affected users of the Crypto Exchange THODEX joined forces, and with this, the prosecutors in Turkey requested INTERPOL and EUROPOL to issue a RED NOTICE. What is a red notice? it is a "wanted notice" and international arrest warrant for a fugitive, and it's sent to every law enforcement authority in the world!
