Harsh focuses and provides consulting on many aspects of Intellectual Property (IP). He is a Founder of  IP-FY, an IP consulting division under Two52 Clearly defined IP Consulting LLP.

Harsh collaborates with individuals and stakeholders of organisations, law firms, universities and academic institutions and advises them on different aspects of Innovation and Intellectual Property. He applies his broad knowledge on various topics, subject matter expertise and consults with them for nurturing their invention and innovation competencies.

Harsh was instrumental in obtaining successful patent grants in multiple hi-tech and emerging technologies with the Global Intellectual Property Group at SAP SE. He also liaised and worked in collaboration with the Litigation Group, the Strategic IP Initiatives Group and the Global Technology Legal Compliance Group, to provide his expertise on different projects as needed.

Harsh is registered to practice as a Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
