VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT/ ACUERDO DE VOLUNTARIADO
As a prospective volunteer of Unidos Bridging Community, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures. I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the organization, its employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work I perform for the organization. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward. I understand that as a volunteer, I have a duty to keep client information and communications between board members, staff, volunteers and clients confidential throughout my term as a volunteer as well as after my volunteer status ends. I understand that my failure to abide by the terms of this agreement may result in the termination of my participation as a volunteer at the organization.
Como voluntario de Unidos Bridging Community, acepto cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos. Entiendo que seré voluntario bajo mi propio riesgo y que la organización, sus empleados y afiliados, no pueden asumir ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier responsabilidad por cualquier accidente, lesión o problema de salud que pueda surgir de cualquier trabajo voluntario que realice para la organización. Estoy de acuerdo en que todo el trabajo que hago es voluntario y no soy elegible para recibir ningún pago monetario o recompensa. Como voluntario de Unidos Bridging Community, entiendo que tengo el deber de mantener la confidencialidad de la información del cliente y las comunicaciones entre los miembros de la junta, el personal, los voluntarios y los clientes durante mi período como voluntario, así como después de que finalice mi condición de voluntario. Entiendo que mi incumplimiento de los términos de este acuerdo puede resultar en la terminación de mi participación como voluntario en la organización.
