Completing this form is not mandatory.  Answer only those questions you believe are relevant. The information you provide will be kept private, but will be used as appropriate by the Competitions, Licensed Officials, and/or Rules committees. We appreciate your input and support.

Did the TD handle the duties effectively?  Did the TD primarily maintain a presence outside the arena to be accessible to you and the competitors? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
