Macomb ISD is looking for a diverse group of elementary and secondary educators from Macomb County to join Macomb 2020 Cohort 6, MISD's 2-year academy for creating blended classrooms. Macomb 2020 is FREE to Macomb educators who apply and are selected for the Cohort. Selection criteria include a principal recommendation, approval for release time on training dates, and commitment to attending training and developing blended curriculum materials for use in your classroom. Potential participants should be interested in using technology to support classroom instruction but do NOT need to be technology experts to join.
Macomb 2020 is a 2 year commitment during school years 2019-20 and 2020-21. (Watch for our name change coming SOON!).

There will be a series of six one-hour webinars throughout the year as well that are recorded and can be viewed at any time. Participants will complete an online course in Schoology that will run from mid June, 2019-April 30, 2020. This is a praxis course that involves creating blended activities for your classroom and reflecting on their implementation.
