In a response to the short dumping crisis facing our neighborhood, UNNA is spearheading an underpass revitalization project. Launched under our CUT (Clean Up Together) Campaign effort and partnered with our youth program U.N.I.T.Y (UNNA Nurturing & Impacting The Youth), the focus is to revitalize underpasses in our area with impactful art, lights, trashcans and cameras. We are looking for children (ages 13 to 17) for a weeklong camp (Mon July 11th- Fri July 15th) that involves applying paint and art to change walls in their community. Daily sessions include hands on art instruction, projects involving upcycling education and activities. The camp is hands on in its approach and everyone is expected to participate and engage to ensure the project is completed.
Complete the form below and we will reach out with further participation details.
